about me
From a young age I developed a keen interest in art sparked through my dad's artwork hanging on the walls of our family home. My art ability flourished from humble beginnings of colouring in princesses to a swift obsession of drawing trees and owls. Through my dad's constant advice and constructive criticism he expanded my talent in drawing into other areas of the art world.

I went on to study fine art at College and then animation and digital art at University throughout which I dabbled in different mediums like paint, screen printing, heat pressing, graphic design, 2D and 3D animation, 3D modelling, visual effects, directing, life drawing and character and environment illustration.

Throughout university I have maintained part time employment, the most significant of which is as a Cross Trained Kitchen Associate at Wetherspoons. While working here I quickly picked up a new skill set of which I was unfamiliar and learned how to work both independently in kitchen closes as well as how to lead a team through a busy food service. I have learned how to handle high stress situations whilst maintaining the high quality expected by customers.

I also have experience with commissions including the likes of Youtube banners, character display icons, stencils for painted wall displays, graphic design (creating informational flyers/posters for local music events), posters and book illustrations. Currently, my primary focus is working as a 2D character designer/illustrator within the creative industries whilst also beginning a personal project in the form of a graphic novel.
